for the best experience and treatment outcomes :
---- before treatment ----
1) eat healthy, hot food + drink plenty of room-temp, warm, or better yet, hot water
2) try to get great sleep no later than 11 PM
3) no caffeine
4) do not scrape the tongue
5) try to arrive sober (no marijuana use directly before, unless medically necessary)
---- after treatment ----
repeat steps 1 and 2
try not to have caffeine after, or alcohol, or recreational drugs
take it super easy, and take best care of yourself
