What | Good faith, personalized, general acupuncture with traditional Chinese medicine at its heart.
General acupuncture can be performed for most patients, while specialized acupuncture involves a specifically trained approach to particular issues.
General acupuncture is still helpful for most conditions, but patients may be referred out to another acupuncture specialist in certain cases.
It is required for acupuncturists to refer patients to a patient's primary care provider, a medical specialist, urgent care, or emergency department when appropriate.
There are various styles of acupuncture, in different settings, with practitioners from all backgrounds and experience. Briefly touched on in the About page. I highly recommend continuing the read there :)
